Even though in a very industrial area, I found it was easy to get around on the buses and some great food places in the area including local patisserie. It also has a communal laundry and when I got stuck with my check in I was able to get help by calling emergency number. It costs about 22 euro to get to eiffel tower on taxi from here otherwise the bus and train is easy. Also nice touch with free bottles of water tea coffee and bikkies. Beds and room clean and comfy with a great balcony.

The bed was very comfortable and the temperature inside the room was easy to set at own pleasure. Microwave and kitchen furniture was super useful. Also, I had no sort of issue with my reservation and the receptionist man was very kind and could easily speak good English, which is not to be taken for granted in France. Nothing was stolen from my room and the room is safely closed when you leave it.

The room was clean, the one gentleman that worked there spoke English & was very pleasant & helpful. Others didn’t speak much English. It was warm weather & was glad there was a fan in the room. Glad there was a grocery store with in a few blocks.

The staff is very very gentel and helpful and friendly. Thank you Miriam and Koné. Very very helpful even in the night by telephone and in site - we had a few cases. Very clean, good bed linen. There is an enormous Carrefour, shops, restaurants near by.

Geographically the place worked for me.. the studio is comfortable, and the essentials are there to allow one to bring one's food..cook and .refrigerate..

The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and also kept my bag till the end of the day which I really appreciated. I liked that you could open the window for fresh air and it had a tiny balcony. The kitchenette was useful too and the Carrefour close by was useful to have some breakfast things. I arrived earlier than check in time and the reception checked and got the room ready a little earlier for me which was appreciated as I'd had a very early start.

The staff was super friendly and considerate. We arrived a bit later and didn't realise that we got the room without a balcony. Despite sleeping in the room for one night, the staff still let us move to another room with a balcony and was super nice about it.

Facilities to use public transport to go the Eiffel Tower and others locals, have restaurants near open all night, hotel have a good comfort, price is very good and have a supermarket near

The appartment is far from the city center but in our case, the location was convenient to be close from the Accor Arena. The loft was comfortable and clean.

Very small apartment but for paris it was ok. Using the bus worked great from this apartment a bit trickier for the train- not a well used station & a bit of a walk. The carrefour close by was good!
